Parenting Awareness

1. General Rules

  • ✔️ Students must maintain regular attendance and be punctual.
  • ✔️ School uniform and ID card are compulsory on all working days.
  • ✔️ Respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and peers is expected.
  • ✔️ Bullying, abusive language, or fights will not be tolerated.
  • ✔️ Mobile phones and gadgets are prohibited unless permitted.

2. Transport & Safety

  • 🚌 Students must board and deboard buses in an orderly manner.
  • 🚌 Remain seated while the bus is moving.
  • 🚌 Shouting or misbehavior inside the bus is prohibited.
  • 🚌 Follow instructions of the bus teacher/attendant.
  • 🚌 Damage to bus property will result in strict action.

3. Examination Rules

  • ✏️ Minimum 75% attendance is required to appear in exams.
  • ✏️ Students must carry admit card and required stationery.
  • ✏️ Cheating or unfair means will lead to cancellation of the exam.
  • ✏️ Reach the exam hall at least 15 minutes before start time.
  • ✏️ Maintain silence in and around the exam hall.

4. Attendance & Leave

  • 📌 Leave must be informed in writing by parents/guardians.
  • 📌 Medical leave exceeding 3 days requires a doctor’s certificate.
  • 📌 Late arrivals must report at the reception before joining class.

5. Parents’ Role

  • 👨‍👩‍👦 Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly.
  • 👨‍👩‍👦 Ensure children complete homework and assignments on time.
  • 👨‍👩‍👦 Update the school about any change of contact details.
  • 👨‍👩‍👦 Support the school in enforcing discipline and good values.

6. Code of Conduct

  • ⚖️ Students must always uphold the dignity and reputation of the school.
  • ⚖️ Respect for the national flag, anthem, and cultural values is compulsory.
  • ⚖️ Damaging school property, furniture, or books will invite strict disciplinary action.
  • ⚖️ Any act of indiscipline, violence, or misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion.
  • ⚖️ Students must maintain personal hygiene and present themselves neatly dressed.
  • ⚖️ Participation in school activities, events, and competitions is encouraged for overall growth.
  • ⚖️ Honesty, responsibility, and kindness should be practiced at all times.
  • ⚖️ No student is allowed to leave the school premises without prior permission.
  • ⚖️ Misuse of school name/logo or spreading false information about the school is strictly prohibited.

7. Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) Rules

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents/Guardians must attend all scheduled PTMs to discuss the progress of their ward.
  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Prior appointment is required for meeting teachers on non-PTM days.
  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Constructive feedback from parents is always welcome and encouraged.
  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents are expected to cooperate with teachers for the holistic development of students.
  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Students must accompany their parents in proper school uniform during PTMs.

8. Uniform Rules

  • 👔 Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days.
  • 👔 Uniform should always be neat, clean, and well-ironed.
  • 👔 School ID card must be worn at all times inside the premises.
  • 👔 Hair must be neatly groomed; boys must maintain a proper haircut and girls should tie their hair with a black ribbon/band.
  • 👔 Wearing of fancy jewelry, makeup, or non-uniform accessories is strictly prohibited.
  • 👔 Shoes should be polished daily; white shoes must be worn on PT/sports days.
